Elevate Your Vibration

Recently, Pam was asked to write up a list of things that elevate her vibration. During the podcast she shares some of her favorite things such as building an alter, her love of orchids and the spray she uses to clear her home and office space.

“Spiritual practices bring what is already there into awareness. The more we practice, the more awake we become to the sacredness of our lives.” ~Pam Rotelle Robertson

Here are a list of things that elevate Pam’s vibration:

1.     Build an Alter in your space. A place where I keep things that are sacred to me. Special rocks, my grandmothers prayer beads a cardinal ornament my son gave me. When I come to this space I am reminded of all that is good and important in my life. It connects me to the Holy.

2.     Where are my feet? This is a visual presence reminder I keep with me to help my pause into the present moment. “I am here, this is now.”

3.     Someone once told me that you should have an orchid in every room. I couldn’t agree more. This inexpensive flower lasts for months and needs little attention. They make my house feel happy and beautiful.

4.     Vita Vittles - energizing protein bites from The Green Nectar. I buy a lot and keep them in the freezer.

5.     The Talking Joy Podcasts - These spontaneous conversations keep me living into the spiritual practices I teach. The Talking Joy Podcast features, thoughtful, real conversations with a group of women who explore the spiritual life together. Pam invites her Talking Joy team to discuss surprise topics or questions. Each conversation that unfolds is spontaneous and authentic, guiding listeners on a spiritually deepening journey.

6.     Foot soak - Pay attention to the practices that were handed to you by our elders. My grandmother used to make foot soak baths for us while we watched tv at night. Some salts and little warm water made me feel great. Years later, I now have my son who is a runner soaking his feet at night.

7.     I love everything from Rooted Earth Farm in Maine. I use their sprays to clear my space between sessions with clients. Smells great!

QUOTES FROM PODCAST:

“During my morning meditation/contemplation, notice my friend, the butterfly.

We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty” - Maya Angelou

 Bali Blessing Card

CLOSING PRAYER
by Teresa of Ávila

“May today there be peace within.

May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.

May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.

May you be content knowing you are a child of God.

Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.

It is there for each and every one of us.”

Amen.
